Dando una vuelta a mi lector de noticias (Google Reader) leo una entrada publicada en Xataka Móvil que me llama la atención y hace que busque un poco por la red para intentar que los ojos no se me cierren y asà escribir esta entrada (por cierto, perdón a los que pasan habitualmente por aquÅ os tengo olvidados, pero no es por mi culpa. Ando desbordado)
A lo que Ãbamos.
Resulta que Orange ha sacado al mercado un teléfono (en la foto) con la imagen de PiolÃn. En principio se me ocurrió hablar de como las compañÃas segmentan su cartera de clientes (actuales y potenciales) para adecuar el producto que mejor se adapte a las necesidades de éstos.
Sin embargo, voy a dar una vuelta de tuerca para exponeros una reflexión que algunos habreis intuido al leer el titular. Esto no es segmentar la cartera y aprovechar nichos más rentables… esto es esperar en el paritorio y regalar a los padres un teléfono para su hijo recién nacido.
¿Por qué digo esto? Sencillo: porque he leÃdo que Imaginarium tiene un teléfono móvil pensado para niños de 6 años, con 4 o 5 teclas y pensado para…. ¿he dicho pensado? Si lo he dicho pido perdón.
¿En qué esta pensando esta sociedad? ¿En qué piensan los padres? ¿En qué piensan las empresas de telefonÃa, juguetes y fabricantes para llegar a este tipo de paranoias?
La verdad es que hay que mirar al futuro, pero eso no implica que te vuelvas gilipollas… no recurriré al clásico de que el teléfono móvil al principio nos servÃa para los viajes… todos lo hemos dicho en sus comienzos… pero se me ocurre una idea mejor: ¿por qué no le instalamos a cada hijo un micro-chip con una mini webcam incorporada y un sensor gps con anti-robo que bloquea sus piernas en caso de que un ladrón lo secuestre?
Señores… un poco de calma… dejemos a los niños que se den patadas, se tiren por el suelo y coman un poco de tierra … todos lo hemos hecho y no nos ha pasado nada (¿o sÃ?)
